What is the Warranty on repairs?

HDTech warrants for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of service (1) that service will be performed in a competent and workmanlike manner and (2) that all parts used to service your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, unless otherwise specified.

How long will it take?

It typically takes 5-7 business days to repair a unit depending on parts availability and type of repair required. One repair and testing is fully complete it will be returned back via USPS priority mail or UPS Ground Service. 

 

What if it cannot be repaired?

If the damage is beyond repair, we will notify you and return the unit back to you less the cost of return shipping. If you are unsure of the reparability of your unit, please contact us prior to shipping your unit in. 

How do I send my unit in?

There are 2 options at check out 1. Order with a Prepaid shipping labels and 2. Use your own shipping label

PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL ORDERS: 

1. PACK THE UNIT - Use original box and packing material if available. Place the packed unit into a cardboard box with bubble wrap, foam or packing paper. If the original box is not available, please use proper bubble wrap, foam or packing paper to ensure no damage to your unit during shipping and place into a proper size box with packing foam, bubble or paper to ensure the item is secure. The arrival condition of the unit will be noted and we are not responsible for any damage from transit due to poor packaging.

2. DO NOT INCLUDE ACCESSORIES, CABLES, ADAPTERS OR PIECES NOT REQUIRING REPAIR. [Example: If you have a damaged soundbar only and the subwoofer is working, please only ship the soundbar for repair.]

3. DROPOFF YOUR PACKAGE - Affix your prepaid label and ship the unit and drop off at your local USPS or UPS drop off center.

USE MY OWN SHIPPING CUSTOMERS:

1. IDENTIFY THE PACKAGE - Use your Order Name and Order Return Shipping Address for the Return Details on the shipping label. Put the Order Number inside the box and on the description of the shipping label.

2. PACK THE UNIT - Use original box and packing material if available. Place the packed unit into a cardboard box with bubble wrap, foam or packing paper. If the original box is not available, please use proper bubble wrap, foam or packing paper to ensure no damage to your unit during shipping and place into a proper size box with packing foam, bubble or paper to ensure the item is secure. 4. PURCHASE POSTAGE & SHIP - Go to the shipping center of your choice to create a label and ship the unit

How long do I have to send my unit in?

Please ship your unit in within 14 days of receiving the prepaid shipping label or checking out. If you need support with your shipping label or have any questions, notify us at info@hdtech-solutions.com Orders over 90 days will automatically be cancelled and refunded less shipping fees incurred if any plus a processing fee of $5.00.
