What warranty do you offer on repairs?

HDTech Repair warrants, for ninety (90) days from the date of service, that (1) all service will be performed in a competent and workmanlike manner, and (2) all parts used to service your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, unless otherwise specified.

How long does a repair take?

Most repairs are completed within 5–7 business days, depending on parts availability and the type of repair required. Once your repair and testing are complete, your unit is shipped back to you via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

What happens if my unit can't be repaired?

If your unit is beyond repair, we'll notify you and return it to you, less the cost of return shipping. If you're unsure whether your unit can be repaired, please contact us at info@hdtech-solutions.com before shipping it in.

How do I send my unit in?

At checkout, you have two options: (1) order with a prepaid shipping label, or (2) use your own shipping label.

Option 1: Prepaid Shipping Label Orders

1. Pack the unit. Use the original box and packing material if available. Otherwise, place the unit in a properly sized cardboard box and surround it with bubble wrap, foam, or packing paper so it cannot move. The arrival condition of every unit is noted on receipt, and we are not responsible for transit damage caused by poor packaging.

2. Send only what needs repair. Do not include accessories, cables, adapters, or parts that don't require service. (Example: If only your soundbar is damaged and the subwoofer works, ship the soundbar only.)

3. Drop off your package. Affix your prepaid label and drop the unit off at your local USPS or UPS location.

Option 2: Use Your Own Shipping Label

1. Identify your package. Use your Order Name and Order Return Shipping Address as the return details on the label. Write your Order Number inside the box and include it in the shipping label description.

2. Pack the unit. Use the original box and packing material if available. Otherwise, place the unit in a properly sized cardboard box and surround it with bubble wrap, foam, or packing paper so it cannot move. The arrival condition of every unit is noted on receipt, and we are not responsible for transit damage caused by poor packaging.

3. Send only what needs repair. Do not include accessories, cables, adapters, or parts that don't require service. (Example: If only your soundbar is damaged and the subwoofer works, ship the soundbar only.)

4. Purchase postage and ship. Create a label at the shipping center of your choice and send the unit to:

How long do I have to send my unit in?

Please ship your unit within 14 days of receiving your prepaid shipping label or completing checkout. Need help with your label or have a question? Contact us at info@hdtech-solutions.com.

Please note: orders not received within 90 days are automatically cancelled and refunded, less any shipping fees incurred and a $5.00 processing fee.
